1. Your Information
Our registration forms require details of the participant (such as age, medical information etc.), and for children we also require contact details of the guardian(s). Contact details must be accurate so that we can inform you of any changes to classes or in case of emergency. We will also add you to our mailing list so that you receive our monthly newsletter (to which you can unsubscribe yourself), but we will only use this not pass this information to any other organization without your consent. If your contact details change, please remember to let us know!

2. Health and Safety
Our programs are all provided in safe and appropriate facilities and in a well supervised environment by trained instructors. However, we do not accept liability for accidents or injuries, and all guardians of children are required to sign a waiver stating their understanding of this. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause or that is caused by their kids. Please ensure children attending our programs are collected on time from class.

3. Cancellation of Classes
We reserve the right to cancel classes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. instructor illness). In the event that this is necessary we will either reschedule the class or issue a credit note.

4. Weather Policy
Classes will only be stopped for extreme or dangerous weather conditions such as electrical storms and typhoons. If alternative indoor venues are not available, parents will be advised by SMS as early as possible of cancellation of class. If classes are cancelled before they commence, they will be rescheduled if possible, or a credit note for future classes will be issued. If the weather necessitates cancellation during a class, children will be taken inside and an instructor will wait with them until they are collected as usual. These classes will not be rescheduled. Exceptions to this weather policy may be made for certain programs such as tennis (where courts become dangerous and slippery in rain).

5. Withdrawal from Program, Refunds and Credit Notes
If a class is missed due to sickness or any other reason, no refund or credit note will be issued, and make up lessons generally cannot be arranged for absentees. Registration fees are fully refundable up to 5 working days before an activity commences. After that 80% is refundable; after the first class/game 50% is refundable, after the second class fees are not refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds must be collected within 3 months of issue, or they will be cancelled. Credit Notes must be used within 6 months of issue. A maximum of 2 classes of any block of 6 booked privates can be postponed.

6. Registrations and Payment
Places are limited, and to avoid places being held for non-attendees, registrations will only be held and confirmed once we have received a properly completed and signed registration form and the deposit / full payment required as specified for that program. Places are allocated on a first come first serve basis, though consideration will be given to continuing participants. Confirmations for successful registrations are not automatically given. If you have submitted a completed registration form and payment directly to us and do not hear back from us, you can attend the lesson as scheduled. If your registration is not successful (e.g. class is full or cancelled), you will be notified by email or SMS.Our programs require a minimum number of participants, and may be cancelled if this is not reached.

7. Dress Code / Late Arrival
All participants should be dressed appropriately for their sport. Generally this is loose fitting sports clothing and soft-soled, non-marking shoes, with no jewelry, watches etc. to be worn. Participants should make every effort to arrive on time and to take part in warm-up activities. For their own safety, participants who are inappropriately dressed or miss warm-up activities may be asked to observe class only. This will be at the discretion of the instructor.

8. Behaviour
We reserve the right to exclude children who have a negative impact on classes; this is for the benefit of the group as a whole. Children are expected to listen to the instructor and respect their classmates. Participants must also abide by any applicable rules of the schools, clubs and sports centres at which we run our programs.

9. Age Groupings and Abilities
We make every attempt to place students in groups that best suit their age and ability- this is important for the enjoyment and safety of all participants. We reserve the right to transfer students into more suitable groups for their abilities, or offer a refund. The instructor's decision on this is final. We also reserve the right to vary numbers per class according to venue and program requirements.

10. Photographs
We reserve the right to take photographs of participants in our activities and use them for relevant promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be part of this, please let us know in writing at the time of registration.
