Artistic Gymnastics

Gymnastics is one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs available to children, as it incorporates many physical, cognitive and psychological benefits.

Sport for Life¡¯s Artistic Gymnastics program follows the USA Gymnastics system, whose motto is ¡°Begin here, Go Anywhere¡± - meaning that the skills children gain from participation in gymnastics will continue to benefit them throughout their lives.

Our program begins with Beginners, and goes through to USA Gymnastics Level 4. Children are awarded USA Gymnastics ribbons upon graduation from a level, as well as participation and progress certificates.

Class Levels: Students aged 12 months to 5 years are assigned according to their age. Children 5+ are in the recreational program and these levels are determined by skills that are learned proficiently. Once skill for a particular level have been mastered, students can progress to the next level.
