Indoor rock climbing is an extremely fun and challenging sport. Climbing is an excellent activity to improve fitness, co-ordination, confidence, problem solving, responsibility, trust and above all its great fun!
Our program is run in a safe and comfortable environment that gives children the opportunity to explore, progress and further their own abilities and potential under the careful guidance of our international instructors. Our classes are designed to accommodate a full range of climbers from absolute beginners to the advanced climber. During our course we cover a variety of aspects, including but not limited to safety, different techniques, rope work, care and maintenance, fitness and stamina and belaying.
Classes are available for children of 8 years and older
