Welcome to Sport for Life Dance School！

At Sport for Life Dance school, we provide a complete range of dance styles for both children and adults in schools and compounds across Shanghai.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer a series of workshops and camps throughout the year that offer an introduction to dance for beginners or advanced workshops for those who are more experienced.

To celebrate our students achievements in dance we conclude each season with a dance show that brings together all the Sport for Life dance students across Shanghai to share and perform their work.

The programme is continuing to develop and we look forward to seeing old and new faces in this season, next season and seasons to come.
