Sport for Life now offer personal training services with a refreshingly interactive and comprehensive approach to help you to achieve your own unique personal goals. Each workout plan is fully customized to help you to achieve your own fitness goals whether you are trying to gain muscle, lose weight, improve flexibility, work around an injury or get in shape for a special occasion or sport.

We provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to fitness and personal training, integrating cardio, strength training, nutritional guidance and core conditioning to help each individual achieve deep and lasting results.

Individual Private Sessions
We offer client-centered personal training to help you reach your fitness goals. Classes are 60min.Specialties include complex circuit training, balance and core work, kickboxing, sport-specific training, strength training, nutrition and weight management, postural realignment, weight-loss and injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Small Group Private Sessions
We also offer the opportunity to schedule sessions with a workout buddy or spouse. You each pay less than one to one training and you can encourage each other to push through those tough workouts. Classes are 60min. Class size 2 students.

Group Fitness
We offer group fitness programs to give you an energetic, challenging yet invigorating workout in a studio setting, with an emphasis on getting real and lasting results. We offer courses that combine cardiovascular training with strength training, stretching and core and balance work. Classes are graded to suit your ability, whether you are a beginner, experienced or just looking to get back into a regular exercise routine. Classes are 60min.Class size 3-15 students.

Outdoor Fitness
Why not try a workout with a view Bootcamp is a fun and energetic group workout with expert guidance and instruction set in various outdoor locations. With innovative styles of training from circuits to bodyweight exercise to using specialized equipment of our training team your goals are sure to be taken to the next level. These sessions in the fresh air can be a supplement to your current gym routine or can help you to get back into shape. These classes are designed to burn fat and help take your fitness forward. Classes are 60min. Class size 3-15 students.
