Life-long habits for health and fitness begin with skills and experiences learned in childhood.
Our Fit for Sport program is designed to progressively develop gross motor skills, utilising fun games and drills to teach ball handling, movement, agility, balance and spatial awareness skills in a safe and enjoyable environment. Games will also help listening and social skills, as well as fostering self esteem and a sense of independence.
